Jasmin Koolhaas is an experienced professional in the field of asset management and sustainability, currently serving as an Asset Manager at Bouwinvest since December 2020. In addition to this role, Jasmin is an active member of both the Working Group Offices and the Advisory Group BREEAM-NL In-Use at the Dutch Green Building Council since February 2021. Prior to these positions, Jasmin worked at CBRE Nederland from May 2018 to December 2020 as a Sustainability Consultant, initially joining as a Junior Sustainability Consultant and Trainee. Jasmin began a career in sustainability as a Graduate Trainee at DGBC from February 2017 to January 2018, following an administrative role at MVGM and an internship in Urban Development at ARCADIS Nederland. Educational background includes a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017.
