Heerke Osinga is an experienced Project Leader with a career spanning over 28 years in the construction industry. Since May 2007, Heerke has been with Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draisma, where responsibilities include overseeing various construction projects. Prior to this role, Heerke was a Project Leader and Werkvoorbereider at SHP bouwbedrijven from May 1995 to April 2007. Heerke's educational background includes a degree in Bouwkundig Ingenieur from NHL Hogeschool (1990-1994) and a Bouwkundige opleiding from Middelbare Technische School Leeuwarden (1987-1990). Early education includes completing the mavo at Voortgezet onderwijs and studies at Basisschool.
