Erika O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Erika began their career as a Section Leader at Spokane Veterans Arena in 2006 and later worked as a Hostess/Expediter at Old European Breakfast House. In 2011 and 2012, Erika interned at Walsh Construction Co. In 2013, they joined Walsh Construction Co. again, this time as a Project Engineer, where they handled various responsibilities including managing submittals, RFIs, and permits, updating drawings, conducting safety walks, and coordinating with subcontractors.
