Matthew Nishibori is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, specializing in investment banking for the past decade. Currently serving as Managing Director at Boustead Securities since March 2019, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in institutional equity and debt financings, venture capital, and financial advisory services across various industries, including metals and mining, healthcare, oil and gas, technology, biotech, consumer goods, and logistics. Prior experience includes roles as Director at Cascade Partners and in private equity at Sutter Securities Incorporated. Matthew holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Rochester, earned in 1997, and possesses FINRA Licenses Series 7, 63, and 24.
