Agnes Gruszecka BAS, MCIP, RPP serves as the Community Design Manager at Bousfields Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Agnes was a Plans Specialist at GHD from May 2012 to April 2021, focusing on planning design and drafting. Agnes also gained experience as a Design Technician at The Sernas Group from March 2000 to May 2012, working on municipal engineering services and land development engineering and planning. Earlier in Agnes’s career, assistance was provided as an Assistant Designer at Rousseau's Fine Furniture & Interior Design. Agnes holds a BS of Science in Architecture from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and completed the LINC program in Oshawa, acquiring proficiency in English as a second language.
