Merel Piscaer currently serves as an HR & Payroll Officer and Talent Manager at Bourrelier Group, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this, Merel was the owner of M. Piscaer from March 2017 to 2021 and held various roles at Karwei from February 2009 to December 2020, including Assistant Manager and a leadership role in MTT with responsibilities for action translation. Merel's diverse experience also includes working as a Project Assistant at Fontys Hogescholen, managing projects related to the Fontys Kunstcollectie, and participating in internships at Van Abbemuseum and Academie voor Beeldende Vorming. Merel holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Docent Beeldende Kunst en Vormgeving, completed between 2012 and 2016, and previously studied at Koning Willem 1 College and ROC Tilburg where degrees in HAVO and Mode/maat kleding were obtained.
