Heidi O'Neill is an experienced communications professional with a background in marketing and customer service. Currently serving as the Communications Officer for Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra since November 2019, Heidi previously held positions including Box Office and Marketing Assistant at City Hall Salisbury, Volunteer Social Media Coordinator for Salisbury Vegan Fair, and Information Assistant at Salisbury City Council. Additional experience includes Front Of House Manager at THE GALLERY FISHERTON MILL LTD and Donations Administrator for Help for Heroes. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Bath Spa University and has completed A Level French studies, along with A Levels in English Literature and Language, and Psychology at Salisbury College.
