Omkar Chauhan is an experienced marine engineer with a robust background in various engineering roles within the maritime sector. Currently serving as a Second Engineer at BOURBON since November 2022, Omkar has previously held similar positions at Viridian Maritime and Greatship from 2015 to 2022. Early career experiences include roles as a Third Engineer and Fourth Engineer, and a trainee marine engineer at Greatship. Additionally, Omkar has worked as a Project Engineer in the gas industry with Aaravi Encon Pvt. Ltd. and as a Maintenance Engineer at Maharashtra Seamless Limited. Omkar holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Great Eastern Institute of Maritime Studies, a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Technology.
