Kristina Belle serves as the Chief Investment Officer at RedPad Games since February 2023, focusing on developing and managing impactful brands and ecosystems for gamers and investors. Previously, Kristina held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Uni Gem Blockchain Agency, advising over 1,200 entrepreneurs globally and launching more than 46 startups across diverse industries. In addition, Kristina worked as Chief Marketing Officer at SkyRocket Capital, where efforts included drafting reports on business opportunities and risk analysis. With extensive experience in entrepreneurship, Kristina launched numerous startups in various sectors over 15 years at IE Belle, collaborating with notable brands such as Ferrari and Versace. Earlier roles include a Marketing Specialist position at IKEA, where responsibilities encompassed market analysis, event development, and project coordination. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
