Ihar Turtsou is an experienced Creative Director currently at Bounteous, where employment commenced in November 2021. Ihar holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from OCAD University and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from A.S. Pushkin Brest State University.
