Natalie Kahn began their career in 2016 as an Americorps Vista for School's Out Washington, a statewide non-profit that supports children and youth afterschool and in the summer. In this role, they worked with local and regional organizations and public agencies to map challenges, increase awareness and provide support for existing meal sites. In 2017, they took on an Internship with the Asociación de Trabajadores del Campo (ATC), a rural workers' movement in Nicaragua. During their time there, they were able to explore projects that interested their and to develop new ideas they felt passionate about. In 2018, they joined Boundless Immigration as a Customer Lifecycle Associate Manager and Lead Customer Communications Specialist. In this role, they researched and discovered opportunities for customer retention sales, strategized and implemented retention efforts through email marketing and other outreach methods, and set monthly and quarterly growth goals for the team based on data analysis.
Natalie Kahn graduated from The College of Wooster in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology major and Environmental Studies minor.
