Mark Moreno, J.D. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and commercial operations. Currently serving as Director, Senior Counsel - Real Estate for Scooter's Coffee, Mark is responsible for negotiating leases, managing land acquisitions, and providing legal counsel on corporate business and real estate matters. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel at Schulman, Lopez, Hoffer & Adelstein, LLP, providing legal guidance in commercial real estate development, and serving as National Director at KW Commercial, overseeing a large network of brokers. Mark's earlier roles at McDonald's included Vice-President & General Manager, managing operations of a significant restaurant region, and Division General Counsel, where legal support was provided for nearly 5,000 restaurants. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Real Estate and Construction at Schlotzsky’s and Senior Real Estate Counsel at McDonald's. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University, complemented by studies at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
