Amber N. is currently the Senior Director of Workflow and Menu Strategy at Scooter's Coffee. Prior to this, they held various management positions at Taco John's International, Inc., including titles such as Senior Director of Training & Development and Director of Operations Services. Before transitioning to the restaurant industry, they worked as the Director of Education Programs at the Alaska CHARR Educational Fund, Inc. and served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst in the United States Air Force. Amber N. holds a Master of Science in Career and Technical Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
