Julie Wiese is an experienced Associate Scientist at Boundless Bio, specializing in biomarker research and assay development to advance drug candidates into clinical settings. With a progression from Research Associate to Senior Research Associate, Wiese has led various projects, including the development of flow cytometry-based assays and model systems for ecDNA visualization in human cells. Previous experience includes research at Organovo Holdings, focused on pre-clinical studies for a 3D bioprinted liver patch, as well as extensive training in molecular biology techniques and project management. Wiese holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Cell and Molecular Biology from California Polytechnic State University.
