Steven Pepper is an experienced business owner and project manager, currently serving as the Owner/Operator of BounceU since 2008, overseeing all facets of the childrenā€™s party and play facility, including site acquisitions, construction management, and staff oversight. Previously, Steven held project management roles at Deutsche Bank Securities and Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included leading global mail server upgrade projects and managing critical technology initiatives for over 125,000 users. Additional experience includes IT project management positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and PSEG, focusing on IT security implementations and infrastructure development projects. Steven holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University and a BS in Management Science from the University at Albany.
