Maram Hasan is a seasoned finance and legal professional with a diverse background in the high-tech and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a FinOps Associate at Bounce since July 2023, Maram previously worked at Silicon Valley Bank from March 2021 to May 2023 as a Senior Associate on the Deal Team and earlier as an Associate I. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. Advocates from October 2018 to March 2021, where work focused on hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate commercial law, as well as a position as an Associate Attorney at Matry, Meiri & Co. in the hi-tech department. Maram began a legal career as a Legal Intern at Meitar | Law Offices between 2015 and 2016 after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law & Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Education includes St. Joseph High School Nazareth.
