Thom Herits, MBA, has a diverse background in customer success, human resources, and training and development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Boulevard since March 2022, Thom previously held the role of Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target for a brief period in 2019. A significant portion of Thom's career was spent at SoulCycle Inc., where a progression of roles culminated in the position of Learning and Development Manager. Additional experience includes a Graduate Assistant position at St. John's University and internships in the hospitality sector, including Front Office Intern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and Marketing Assistant Intern at Lance Gordon Agency. Thom holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management and an Executive MBA from St. John's University.
