Ratan Postwalla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. As the Co-Founder of People Trust since February 2013, Ratan leads the HR Advisory service line and designs leadership and behavioral learning programs for corporates and universities. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Bough Consulting and a Visiting Professor at BITSoM, Ratan focuses on enhancing workplace culture and teaching MBA courses on Smart Problem Solving and Performance Management. Previous roles include Advisor and Assistant Vice President at EXL, where Ratan specialized in business development and client management across various sectors, and Engagement Lead at KPMG, managing assurance engagements for clients in banking and technology. Ratan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
