Tim Eustace has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tim started their career in 1987 as a Systems Administrator at Crown Holdings, Inc., where they were responsible for implementing and managing various IT systems.
In 1990, Tim moved to ICL-КПО ВС as a Senior Product Consultant. Here, they provided implementation and consultancy services for ERP and Supply Chain Management software. Tim worked closely with the sales team, managing implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tim joined Fujitsu Glovia, Inc. in 1996 and held multiple roles during their tenure. As a Principal Consultant, they led the Consultancy team and managed the implementation of Fujitsu's ERP and Supply Chain Management software. Tim also oversaw the rollout of the Cognos Business Intelligence software suite.
Tim later became the Professional Services Manager at Fujitsu Glovia, where they sat on the UK Management Board and was responsible for program management and the implementation of Fujitsu's ERP and supply chain management software. Tim also managed other divisions including Education, Project Management, Consultancy, eCommerce Support, Analysis, and Technology.
In 2001, Tim became the Vice President at Fujitsu Glovia's Los Angeles headquarters and launched an eCommerce Business Unit. Tim managed the collaborative development of front office eCommerce applications and engaged with internal and partner consultancy teams.
Tim's most recent role was at Bottomline Technologies, where they served as the Group Operations Director. Tim played a key role in shaping the strategy roadmap and business operating model for the rapidly growing data-driven SaaS technology company. Tim also supported aggressive growth through M&A strategy, multiple business acquisitions, and restructuring.
Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in service delivery, program management, and consultancy.
Tim Eustace obtained a Non Executive Director Diploma from Financial Times in 2019. In 2014, they completed the Advanced Personal Leadership Program at Henley Business School. Tim also received a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2008. Tim Eustace's education history includes studying Business Studies & Information Technology at Buckinghamshire New University from 1985 to 1987.
