Steffan Parry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Support Manager at Bottomline since October 2024, Steffan previously held the role of Service Delivery (Support Escalation) Manager at Flexera, where responsibilities included overseeing support escalations and maintaining high service levels through regular engagements with key partners and customers. Prior to that, Steffan was an Application Support Manager at innocent drinks, leading a team and managing critical applications. Steffan's career includes significant roles at Evolvi Rail Systems, where leadership involved managing support teams and contract negotiations, as well as technical support roles at Truphone and Thames Water. Steffan holds a BA (HONS) in Italian Studies and Film Studies from the University of Reading.
