Timothy Benedict has a diverse work experience in the food industry, facilities management, and consultancy. Timothy is currently the Vice President of Facilities & Development at Bottleneck Management, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Facilities at the same company from June 2020 to January 2024.

In addition, Timothy has worked as a Culinary and Restaurant Development Consultant as a freelancer from March 2020 to June 2020. Timothy was also a Regional Zone Manager at Emmaculate Reflections LLC from October 2019 to March 2020.

Timothy's earlier roles include being a Facilities Manager at Bottleneck from November 2018 to October 2019, a Partner at Intergalactic Cafes Inc. from June 2015 to October 2018, and an Executive Chef at Bottleneck Management from October 2013 to June 2015.

Timothy gained experience as a Sous Chef at Nordstrom from November 2010 to October 2013, and as the owner of Mission Control Technologies from September 2009 to October 2012. Timothy also worked as a Head Chef at Cafe Wander from October 2009 to September 2010, and as a Project Manager at Urban's Partitions from September 2008 to September 2009.

Timothy Benedict, CRFP obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University between 2004 and 2008. Timothy also holds additional certifications including being a Certified Professional Inspector® from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and a Certified Restaurant Facilities Professional from the Restaurant Facility Management Association, both obtained in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
