Rafal Barszczewski is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Google since May 2021, Rafal also contributes as a Leadership Trainer at Bottega IT Minds. Prior positions include Enterprise Engineering Manager at Facebook, Acting VP of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Fresha, and Senior Engineering Manager at Ivanti, where Rafal was instrumental in establishing an Agile development center in Poland.
