Kateryna Dyka has worked in the finance sector since 2015. Kateryna began their career as a Financial Controller at Lamoda Group, then moved on to become the Senior Financial Controller at the same company. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Finance at Rocket, and in 2022 they were appointed Head of Finance at BOTS.

Kateryna Dyka obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2010 and 2016. In October 2020, they also obtained the EY: CFOs' Personal Effectiveness and Effectiveness of Their Team certification from the EY Academy of Business.
