Jorge Correa Ruiz has extensive experience in product management and user experience. Jorge currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Astara Innovation Venture Lab, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Jorge held the same position at Astara Innovation & Venture Lab, where they led user experience and product development for B4Motion, a venture lab focused on mobility innovation. Jorge was also responsible for developing new business models and advising other companies within the lab's portfolio.

Jorge has also held the position of Chief Product Officer at BotOn and Cardive, where they played a key role in building intelligent technology solutions for fleet management. In addition, they served as a Product/UX Advisor for Trive, a service that simplifies the car buying process.
