Anastasya Gaskova has been working in the HR field since 2020, when they joined Botkin.AI as an HR Manager. In the same year, they joined BrainGarden as an HR Business Partner. From 2018 to 2020, they worked for Dialog as an HR-generalist, where they were responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of corporate customers in the Novosibirsk region, personnel search and selection, organizing the work of the personnel department, and other related tasks. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they worked for Movavi as an SEO.

Anastasya Gaskova attended Novosibirsk State University (NSU) from 2007 to 2012 and received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
