Friedrich Eickhoff began their professional career in 2010 as a Private First Class for the Deutsche Bundeswehr. In 2012, they took on an internship as an Inside Sales Representative for Wollschläger GmbH & Co. KG. Later that same year, they worked as a Junior Production Manager for EITEC GMBH & CO KG. In 2013, they became a Junior Logistics & Inventory Manager for umixx GmbH. In 2014, they co-founded Bürklin, Eickhoff, Voshege GbR and served as a Business Developer. In 2018, they began working as a Business Developer for HP, and in 2020, they co-founded Botany Labs SL, where they currently serve as the CEO.

Friedrich Eickhoff has a diverse educational background. Friedrich is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Course at DSIL Global, which focuses on System Innovation Leadership. Friedrich received a Master of Science in International Management from the University of the West of Scotland in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2016. Friedrich also attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management during an ERASMUS exchange. Additionally, they completed an apprenticeship in Carpentry/Carpenter at Hibernia Schule. Friedrich has also obtained two certifications, SYSTEMS INNOVATION LEADERSHIP from DSIL Global in 2021, and SPIN® Awareness from Huthwaite International in 2019.
