Chris Thompson, LEED AP, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction at Delphi Construction, Inc. since April 2013, Chris leads efforts to assist clients from project conception to construction start, collaborating with estimators and project teams to provide comprehensive construction planning and budget support. Prior roles include Chief Estimator at Delphi Construction, Estimator/Senior Estimator at Richard White Sons, and Project Estimator at Suffolk Construction. Additionally, Chris has been a volunteer Trip Leader at Boston Ski & Sports Club since November 1995 and served on the Young Contractors Council of AGC MA from 2004 to 2008, including a term as chairman. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a certificate from the Young Contractors Professional Institute.
