Sarah Schwartz possesses extensive experience in the field of healthcare and case management, currently serving as an Admissions Case Manager and Care Manager at Boston Senior Home Care since June 2004. Prior experience includes the role of Clinical Coordinator at The MENTOR Network from July 2002 to July 2004 and Caseworker at Vinfen Young Adult Day Program from July 2001 to July 2002. Sarah Schwartz holds a Master of Expressive Therapies with a focus on Art Therapy from Lesley University (1999-2001) and a degree in Studio Art with a minor in Women Studies from Beloit College (1996-1998), along with studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1994-1995).
