Nathalia Araujo currently serves as the R&D Program Director at Establishment Labs, beginning in January 2022, following several roles within the company that included R&D Sr. Program Manager and Research, Development and Innovation Manager from December 2015 to December 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Allergan as Manufacturing Superintendent and Sr Product Engineer, as well as a Manufacturing Engineer role at St. Jude Medical. Nathalia's professional accomplishments feature overseeing the transfer of tissue heart valve production, managing over 40 personnel, and achieving significant yield improvements. Nathalia holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperacion Internacional and a Licenciature in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
