Michele DeCoux has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Boston Scientific, where Michele has held various leadership roles since September 2003, including VP of HR for Global IT and Digital Enablement, HR Director for People Services, and HR Director for Interventional Cardiology. Prior to this, Michele worked at Accenture from 1998 to 2003 in a human resources capacity. Michele holds a degree from St. Cloud State University.
