Kayla Graves (Dow-Tierney) currently serves as a Sourcing Category Manager for Boston Scientific, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kayla accumulated nearly nine years of experience at Made For Retail Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Strategic Sourcing, Operations & QA, as well as several managerial roles in strategic sourcing and product quality. Earlier experience includes a position in Fashion Business Development at Infor and a marketing internship at Safe Kids Grand Forks. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Dakota, earned in 2014.
