Charles Scullin is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Boston Scientific since February 1998, Charles manages a multidisciplinary team focused on developing and modifying medical device components for new product development and cost reduction initiatives. In prior roles at Boston Scientific, including Senior Program Manager and Manager Engineering, responsibilities included project management, design modifications, and process development to enhance product reliability and launch new solutions. Charles began their career at 3M, where contributions as an Advanced Product and Process Development Engineer and Process Development Engineer focused on process and product development. Charles holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
