Mahmoud Hisham Awad has a total of 10 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Mahmoud started their career as a Training Engineer at The Arab Contractors in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Site Engineer at 360 Architecture. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Architect at Albawaker Construction Co. In 2017, they joined Boston Oncology, LLC, where they held multiple roles. Starting as a Project Coordinator, they then became a Project Manager in 2021. Currently, Mahmoud is the Head of Commercial Operations, where they oversee the company's commercial business, manages a team, and develops strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Mahmoud Hisham Awad obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Misr University for Science and Technology between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2021.
