Brendan Keating is an experienced professional in the real estate and asset management sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at Local Asset Management since May 2024, emphasizing a local approach to investing. Previously, Brendan held key leadership roles at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate, including Chairman and CEO, while also co-managing Boston Omaha Asset Management from January 2023 to May 2024. Brendan's experience also includes serving as Managing Member at 24th Street Asset Management and Principal at The Equity Group from 2005 to July 2015. Brendan holds a BSBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Creighton University, acquired between 2000 and 2004, and graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in 2000.
