Tao Huang's work experience includes working as a Sr. Materials Engineer at Boston Materials since January 2023. Prior to that, they had a long career at DuPont where they held the roles of Sr. Principal Investigator for 22 years. Tao received the DUPONT R&D MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD in 2018 and the DuPont E&I Recognition Award in 2019 for their contributions in research projects, project management, effective communication skills, technical leadership, IP strategy, and technical marketing. Tao'sexpertise spans various areas such as developing vision and business strategy, building internal and external partnerships, and customers engagement. Tao is also recognized worldwide for their inventions in Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composites and Melt-spun Nanofiber technologies.
Tao Huang obtained their Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, graduating between 1994 and 1997.
