Grayson Downs is an Account Management Associate at Boston Financial Investment Management, LP since November 2021, with prior experience as an intern at Impact Development Group LLC from May 2021 to October 2021. At Impact Development Group, a developer of for-profit affordable housing, Grayson contributed by preparing applications for competitive 9% Tax Credit awards, building proformas for multifamily low-income housing projects, and redesigning the company website in alignment with new acquisitions. Grayson holds a Bachelor's degree from the Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College, obtained in 2021.
