Rick Mannello has a wealth of experience in management and business development in the technology and defense industries. Rick was the CEO at Boston Electronics and provided thermal imaging solutions at American Infrared Solutions. Before that, they were the Vice President of Business Development in several companies, including General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems and ICx Technologies. Mannello also offers consulting services at their own company, EO Strategies.

Rick Mannello earned their Bachelor's degree in Optics from the University of Rochester - Institute of Optics from 1975 to 1979. Following this, they pursued their Master's Degree in General Management at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1981 to 1985.
