Geeta Aiyer is a seasoned professional in sustainable investing, serving as the President and Founder of Boston Common Asset Management since January 2003. Aiyer previously held the role of President at both Walden Asset Management from January 1999 to December 2002 and Walden Capital Management from August 1994 to December 1998. Earlier career experience includes positions as Senior Portfolio Manager at United States Trust Company of Boston from 1988 to 1994 and Consultant at Cambridge Associates, Inc. from 1985 to 1988. Aiyer commenced a career in the Indian Administrative Service from 1981 to 1983. Aiyer's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School, an MA in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi. Aiyer also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
