Constantina Bichta currently serves as the Associate Director of ESG Research at Boston Common Asset Management, a position held since January 2008. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at ENHESA, focusing on HSE policy for industrial clients in Greece and Cyprus, and serving as SEA Officer at Hertfordshire County Council, where efforts were made in sustainability appraisals and communications. Earlier roles include CSR Practice Authority at Aspect Assessment Ltd, where a risk management product was developed, and Research Officer at the Centre for the Study of Regulated Industries, evaluating the performance of UK utilities. Constantina Bichta also contributed to the National Audit Office as an Expert Panel Member. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Management with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, an MSc in Social Research, and a BA in Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology from the University of Bath and Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
