Ed O'Brien is a Design Strategist at Boston College in the Dept of Design & Innovation since October 2023 and serves as an Adjunct Professor for Human Centered Design, teaching courses on innovation and ethical design. O'Brien is also an E-advisor at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, contributing to patient experience programs and education materials. As an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, O'Brien instructs in User Experience Design (UX/UI). O'Brien has extensive experience in design and innovation consulting, having worked with several notable clients while being self-employed since August 2021. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at EPAM Continuum and Fjord, part of Accenture Song, where O'Brien drove successful user-experience initiatives and business development. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Denver and various studies in media and entertainment law.
