Marlie McManus is an experienced professional in donor relations and event management, currently serving as the Manager of Donor Relations at Boston Children's Museum since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marlie worked as the Development Manager for Hingham Historical Society from January 2019 to December 2021, and co-chaired the Hingham Cultural Council from July 2014 to June 2017, overseeing grant evaluations and funding distribution for local arts programs. Marlie's extensive event management expertise was developed during a tenure at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, where responsibilities included leading a special events department, managing budgets, and coordinating high-profile exhibitions. Additional experience includes consultancy for Colin Cowie Lifestyle and roles at Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art and Hartford Hospital.
