Erin Kelly is the Manager of Member Engagement and Guest Experience for the Boston Celtics. Erin has been with the organization since 2013, starting as an Inside Sales Representative before moving into progressively larger roles. In their current role, Erin manages year-round membership experience and annual retention of assigned season ticket members. Erin is responsible for retaining and managing over 600 personal accounts and executing fan engagement strategies developed by strategic marketing group. On game nights, Erin manages season ticket member touch points, fan engagement, customer service and member events. Erin also onboard new season ticket members into STM Rookie Program and carry out proactive, targeted service campaigns supporting critical fan experience initiatives. Prior to joining the Celtics, Erin worked in the Student Activities Office at Stonehill College.
Erin Kelly completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at Stonehill College. Erin then went on to Marist High School in Chicago, where they studied communication and media studies.
