Keith Ricci is an experienced professional in fan relations, currently serving as the Fan Relations Manager for the Boston Bruins since January 2012. In this role, Keith oversees six account executives and is responsible for developing strategies to enhance season ticket retention, managing the budget, and executing events, communications, amenities, and merchandise for clients. Prior to this position, Keith worked as a Fan Relations Account Executive for the Tampa Bay Rays and began their career as an Inside Sales Representative. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University.
