Elspeth Neilan is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in fashion and retail. Since November 2018, Elspeth has been serving as the Business Development Manager at Boss Design. Prior roles include Womenswear Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executive at HUGO BOSS from October 2015 to November 2018, as well as International Wholesale Assistant at House of Holland from December 2014 to September 2015. Elspeth began a career in wholesale support at Ralph Lauren, which lasted from July 2013 to December 2014, and gained early experience as an intern at ROSS X BUTE in May to September 2012. Elspeth's educational background includes a degree in Fashion Retail Management from Birmingham City University and a course in Fashion Communication and Marketing from Ryerson University.
