Joseph Matlock holds multiple professional certifications, including PHR, SHRM-CP, CSSGB, and CPWIC. With extensive experience at Bosma Enterprises since October 2001, Joseph serves as Senior Manager of Benefits Administration and previously held the position of Benefits Manager. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at the Indiana School for the Blind from August 1987 to October 2001 as a Houseparent Supervisor and Houseparent, teaching independent living skills to adolescents who were blind or visually impaired. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ball State University’s Miller College of Business between 1980 and 1986, following a College/University Preparatory education at Lawrence Central High School from 1974 to 1977.
