Debbie Baber, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Operations at Bosma Enterprises since November 2011. Over the years at Bosma Enterprises, Debbie has held multiple roles, including HR Employment Manager, Training and Development Coordinator, and Employment Specialist. Prior to this, Debbie worked at PharMerica as an IV Technician from October 1998 to November 2011 and as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger from September 2002 to June 2005. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned between 1999 and 2008.
