Erdo Deshiant Garnaby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and human resources. Currently serving as the Organization Development & Change Management Head at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk since January 2020, Erdo focuses on enhancing organizational excellence and implementing effective change strategies. Previous roles include Human Resources Development Head and Organization Development & Field Training Manager, where Erdo led various initiatives such as talent development, performance management systems, and training optimization.
