Clarisha Emilly is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Country Human Resource Learning and Development lead at Bosch Malaysia since April 2024. Previously, Clarisha held the position of Country Human Resource at Bosch Indonesia, where responsibilities included spearheading Learning and Development initiatives and managing workforce transitions from Indonesia to Malaysia. Early career roles at Bosch Malaysia involved HR trainee positions focused on recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination at both national and plant levels. Clarisha also has experience as a Business Development Contract Officer at Puri Mutiara Cemerlang and as General Secretary for Tarabuddy, an Indonesian Buddhist organization, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Business and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Monash University.
