Rick Kincaid has extensive experience in the plumbing and heating industry, serving as a Technical Training Instructor and Technical Support Agent at Bosch Heating and Cooling, North America since August 2015. Prior to that, from March 1987 to August 2014, Rick Kincaid owned and operated Rick Kincaid Plumbing Heating and Water Systems. Rick Kincaid is a Certified Backflow Inspector, Building Analyst, and Energy Auditor, and holds licenses as a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter.
