Stephen Cox is a seasoned professional in water resource management and hydrogeology with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Water Resources Manager at Portsmouth Water Limited since April 2022, Stephen has previously held significant positions at AECOM, including Technical Director, Associate in groundwater and water resources, and Principal Hydrogeologist from October 2014 to April 2022. Prior to AECOM, Stephen worked as a Principal Hydrogeologist at URS from January 2012 to October 2014, and held the role of Senior Hydrogeologist at URS/Scott Wilson from 2005 to February 2012. Stephen's career began as a Hydrogeologist at Hydrogeological Services International Ltd (HSI) from October 2002 to April 2005. Educationally, Stephen holds an MSc in Hydrogeology and Water Quality and a BSc in Environmental Science of the Earth and Atmosphere, both from the University of Reading.
